Employers don't respond after job interviews: You had a great interview for a job you’re coveting. Your answers were spot-on, your test went well…but you haven’t heard back from your future boss-to-be. Sadly, you’re not alone. According to a recent survey in CareerBuilder, a whopping 75 percent of people said they didn’t hear back from a position they had applied for in the past year. There are several reasons why employers don’t respond after job interviews.
